I believe it is called an Authorized User Licence. It is currently at a base price of US $1,150.00 per user and is renewable at the normal 20 (?) % per annum.
This page https://www.ibm.com/marketplace/purchase/configuration/en/us/checkout?editionID=EIDA3CLZ <https://www.ibm.com/marketplace/purchase/configuration/en/us/checkout?editionID=EIDA3CLZ> indicates that floating users are cheaper which seems odd because the floating >licenses were always n=more expensive. In fact the price shown is more like the price of the one year non-renewable option which is what you seem to have.
I have reached out to my IBM contacts to ask for an answer and will post here when I get it.

Jim, Jon, how do I make sure we either get the correct version, or
purchase the correct version going forward? Is there a product number,
certain key words and tricky phrases, or special incantation that

What should the cost to renew support for RDi be? We have the
Authorized User License, and our business partner wants to charge us
full price every year. That doesn't sound right to me.
