Agreed. I just re-upped my version for about that per user. Option 2 (as
Jon lays it out) is by far and away the best option.

Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] RDi Renewing Support

It is not.

But perhaps your BP originally sold you the one year version?

RDi can be purchased in three ways. Floating license (most expensive
option), single user licence (renewable one year at a time), single user
(full support for a year then no updates no support buy the version you have
goes on working for an indeterminate time).

The version I have (and most of my clients use) is the middle one of the
three and my annual renewal is about $300 I think.

So either your BP sold you the wrong one to begin with, or sold you the
right one and is now ripping you off!

What should the cost to renew support for RDi be? We have the

full price every year. That doesn't sound right to me.
