Hi Justin,

Go under Help, select Installation Details menu option, select the Configuration tab, then press the View Error Log button on the bottom of the screen. It should bring up the log file in a web browser. You can use that URL to find the .metadata log.

Hi Justin,

When it occurs, have you looked at the .meta data log to see if there are any exceptions?

I've never seen or heard of that one. FWIW, whenever I see something weird in RDi, I terminate it and restart with the -clean switch.
