Personally I think that log is worthless. I sent one in when I opened my
PMR and IBM found nothing. That's the 3rd time I've sent that log in for
issues and they found nothing. In one instance IBM found a solution, the
second I found the solution, and this time we're both stumped.

Hi Justin,

Go under Help, select Installation Details menu option, select the
Configuration tab, then press the View Error Log button on the bottom of
the screen. It should bring up the log file in a web browser. You can use
that URL to find the .metadata log.

No, I never knew where the log file was.

Hi Justin,

When it occurs, have you looked at the .meta data log to see if there are
any exceptions?

I've never seen or heard of that one. FWIW, whenever I see something
weird in RDi, I terminate it and restart with the -clean switch.
