But when I right-click on the record in the outline view...I don't get a
context menu.
Also, I have the properties tab showing...and with the record format
selected, I don't see any absolute/relative property to change.
running 9.6.0.3
I'm still running 9.5.1.2 and you can't right click the record
format in the outline view. I select the desired record format in the
design view and right-click there (away from any defined fields) to get
the context menu that provides the Properties selection for the record
format. Then, in the Properties view I select the Basics tab that shows
the Positioning attributes that can be changed. I even tested adding a
new absolute record format and went to the properties view to change it to
relative.
