When editing SQL you may find that the setting to auto-format SQL comes
into play...

For me:
Keyboard ENTER in SQL => Blank line, indented 2
Number pad ENTER in SQL => Split line, indented 2
Keyboard ENTER in RPGLE => Split line, indented 2
Number pad ENTER in RPGLE => Split line, no indent

Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] ENTER in embedded SQL
Maybe this was observed already, but I tried both Enter keys.
In embedded SQL, the main Enter key does not split the line,
the numkey Enter key adds a space, then does not split
the line - curious.
In other code, both Enter keys do the same thing - split the line or, if
you use the Ctrl key, just open the next line and go there.
For both SQL and other code, Ctrl with either Enter key creates the next
line and positions under the 1st character of the line above that. - this
latter I will find useful, methinks.
