As you know Darryl I am in a small shop. I pay for RDi. It is a business
expense and worth every cent. The price is $200 per year (not the $1,000
you stated) after you have paid the $1,000 or so for the initial license.
There are at least two "RDi lite" alternatives available if you don't want
to pay IBM. Liam Allan's is free (https://github.com/WorksOfBarry/ILEditor
