Does this listings.cache file exist?
Did something set it to read-only?
Check the permissions?
Wondering (as always) about antivirus. It does weird things here sometimes.

If push comes to shove, delete it.

If you have time call it in. I suspect a new workspace will make it go
away. Export your current settings before switching. :-(
