Just curious, why are you not able submit PMRs?

Edmund, even with an IBM Id, it is a typically (IBM) long-winded and
complicated process. The submitter has to be "authenticated" by the local
Site Technical Contact - which requires an Entitled Customer Number. I would
suggest this bars the majority of folk from submitting a PMR because:
a). the STC can't/won't authenticate
b). in this global, outsourced world of ours, it can be difficult finding
the Entitled Customer Number
c). RDi will often be acquired through a BP - so b). applies again
d). folk using the RDi trial won't have an Entitled Customer Number
If the process were as simple as registering with an email address and
submitting a bug report, (e.g. Bugzilla) I'll wager you would see (a lot)
more useful feedback.
