The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

The firewall log doesn't show anything. I went ahead and added RDi to the exception list, but that didn't make any difference.
I tried to get the missing PTF's. The system refused to get them, saying they weren't required. I know I can force the download, but in the past that's never worked because the system would not install them either. I checked the PTF's (SI36815 & SI36348) and they're both listed as 6.1 PTF's.

I would make sure that you don't have a security product on the PC blocking access for the new version. Have you tried a Verify Connection... from 9.5 to see what it sez? Restarting the debug server may help too.
