I would make sure that you don't have a security product on the PC blocking
access for the new version. Have you tried a Verify Connection... from 9.5
to see what it sez? Restarting the debug server may help too.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] debug port 3825
Sent by: "WDSCI-L" <wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

I'm unable to create an SEP with the new RDi. After I hit the OK button on
the "Set Service Entry Point" dialogue, I get this:
IBM I Debug Message
Failed to connect to debug port 3825 on host <server>. It is likely port
3825 is blocked.
Debug client failed to connect to debug port 3825 on host <server>. Please
make sure this port is not blocked by firewall.

This started with the new RDi update. I still have RDi 9.1 installed, and
it still debugs fine.

IBMi 7.1 latest group PTF's installed 10 Sep 16
RDi 9.5.1.0

Any ideas?
