Yeah, but I need the list of data structures to be in alpha order
but the data structure subfields to be in occurrence order. Same with
prototypes... I need the list of prototypes to be in alpha order but the
parameter list for each prototype to be in occurrence order.

I make extensive use of Ctrl-2 to open a second pane on the source I'm
working in. I position the left side to the prototype, and make changes
on the right side. Ctrl-0 closes the pane with focus.

I know it's not Outline View, but I think it is very useful to be able
to get at something from multiple angles.
