Unfortunately the superlative RDI developers do not have control over the
support portal (www.ibm.com/support).
When you are using the support portal is there not a vertical button to the
right side "[+] Feedback" ? Just sayin' ...

Subject: [WDSCI-L] RDi bug reporting/PMR
Sent by: "WDSCI-L" <wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx>
Someone from IBM was gracias enough recently to tell us how to report bugs,
request a PMR. I passed on all the information to the colleagues having
the problems. We can get to the web portal for this, but do not find it
very easy to navigate. IBM, you still have room for improvement on your
web site as well as RDi tool. We have upgraded to the latest release of
RDi, but are not all problem free yet. By problems, I mean session freezes
up, and need to kill it via Start Task Manager.
