Yes indeed.

In one notable case the manager revoked access and they whined and bitched for a week. Then realizing he wasn’t going to change his mind they set about learning to use the tool and take advantage of what it offered.

Long story short - the manager reinstated the SEU access after 3 weeks - and NOBODY NOTICED!

Yes - I have worked with more than one shop that actually did this.

I'm really trying to isolate my failure. I /think/ that the point is to
break the SEU habit? That if given no choice, the programmers will form
new habits with RDi and eventually get past their longing for SEU?
