That’s the advantage of forcing it Buck - they don’t get to make a pathetic “I know this will be a failure” attempt. They have to make the effort. Of course as with anything management focus is important. Training makes a huge difference (yes _ i have a vested interest in that) as very few in-house “fans” are good at teaching and find it hard to adapt to what will work for the novice.
