Not able to delete messages in the iSphere message filter. It says that
the message queue is allocated to another job (CPF2451). But, I don't
find
any usage except by the batch QZRCSRVS job being run by iSphere.

Okay, I see it in the documentation. You cannot remove messages from a
queue being monitored by the iSphere plugin. Strangely, you can send a
message, that the plugin is apparently monitoring for, and it will clear it
when that command is sent but will not if you ask it to through the UI.
