Sadly those links did not work for me, I got this error message
Error 404: SRVE0190E: File not found: /com.ibm.rational.developer.ibmi.v90

Those aren't links, they are Installation Manager repository sites. If
you visit with a web browser, that's the error you get.

Go to Installation Manager, Install new software and add the 9.0 URL to
the repository sites to check.

Installation Manager is the thing I use. I have these 9.0 repositories
listed:

https://www.ibm.com/software/repositorymanager/com.ibm.rational.developer.ibmi.v90

https://www.ibm.com/software/repositorymanager/com.ibm.offering.rdpower.v90
