Terry,
you didn't say what type of licence you were downloading, but if it's a
floating licence, you just get one file usually with a .upd extension
which contains the details of the number of licences you selected. That
then gets installed onto a licence server, which users point to via the
Installation Manager.

If you are using Activation Kits, which is usually a zip file with a jar
file, you still just get the one file, which you then share with the
number of users for whom you bought the licences and they install it via
the Installation Manager.

Regardless of the type of licence, because you selected to use all three,
there are none left for you or anyone else to download.

regards

Well that didn't work out so well. The Rational License Key Center showed
three separate licenses so I checked all three. Unfortunately, it only
downloaded one file. Now when I try it again I get the message "There are
no more licenses available for this entitlement". Now what?

Found the Proof of Entitlement documents at the Support Portal and was
able to get registered.

I am trying to register at the Rational License Key Center so I can
download the RDi activation kits for our company. The registration
requires the site number and sales order number from the IBM Proof of
Entitlement certificate. A manager that is no longer here placed the
orders and I don't have access to his files. Is there another way I can
get registered?
