Found the Proof of Entitlement documents at the Support Portal and was able to get registered.

I am trying to register at the Rational License Key Center so I can download the RDi activation kits for our company. The registration requires the site number and sales order number from the IBM Proof of Entitlement certificate. A manager that is no longer here placed the orders and I don't have access to his files. Is there another way I can get registered?
