Well that didn't work out so well. The Rational License Key Center showed three separate licenses so I checked all three. Unfortunately, it only downloaded one file. Now when I try it again I get the message "There are no more licenses available for this entitlement". Now what?

Found the Proof of Entitlement documents at the Support Portal and was able to get registered.

I am trying to register at the Rational License Key Center so I can download the RDi activation kits for our company. The registration requires the site number and sales order number from the IBM Proof of Entitlement certificate. A manager that is no longer here placed the orders and I don't have access to his files. Is there another way I can get registered?
