Re: remote system explorer greyed out

Windows>Open Perspective>Other....

Then open "IBM i Editing" in the "Open Perspective" dialog.

If you don't see it, I guess I would try creating a new workspace, to see if you might see it...

The "IBM i Editing" perspective was the subject of a magazine article some years back. I use it but don't remember where I read it.
