I definitely agree that this would be useful. But, I don't think most
people in our community (at least, RPGers) understand what refactoring
means -- or really, what you're asking for, Buck.
I think if you want to drum up votes, you should explain what you're
looking for. ("the ability to rename variables, procedures, etc at a
click of a button") etc.
Explain it well, and I think you could get a lot of votes.
