talking about refactoring RPG code the same way Java code is refactored.
I'm not asking for a full blown set of Java refactorings. I'm asking
for the thought process to start moving in the direction of providing
RPG programmers with some of the tools that our C++ and Cobol brothers
and sisters have.

I don't want CDT ported to RDp by March, but I think it would be very
cool to see RDp include whatever the simplest refactoring is that they
can provide in the next release.
