Yes there is a limitation on the number of parms. That is really the only
parm restriction that I can think of at the moment.

What I would suggest is making a small program that you can pass a
structure with all the parms and it can unbundle the individual parms and
call the "real" program if you need to pass more than the max number of
parms.
