What I got out of the announcement letter was:
A new name (RDi)
A new licensed program number (5733-RDI)
A new Proof of Entitlement (feature number 2001)
Orderable with i5/OS V6R1 only, but will run with V5R3 and V5R4.
Still Eclipse 3.2 (yuck)
Announcement countries: All European, Middle Eastern and African Countries.
