Could someone please let me know what I'm doing wrong here? Thanks!

Should I not try and run interactive commands? Or is there a better way
to run them without using STRRSESVR?

What do you need STRRSESVR for??? Service entry points make that
unnecessary.

I don't know, every time I try to run an interactive command it tells me
to start the RSE server. What am I doing wrong?
