The perception that PDM users have about WDSC is that is it too much

tell me and that's what we've seen posted here on this list.

No, it's not PDM users. It's your fellow employees. Have you been reading
the comments on this list?

I apparently formed my opinion in a vacuum and it's becoming equally apparent that I only ever worked with troglodytes. Then again, I may have heard someone on this list opine that WDSC would not get wide acceptance until it does everything, including green screen emulation. It wouldn't be the first time such a thought has been posted here and I suspect it won't be the last. Is that a concrete example of an overly high expectation?

As to copy/paste, I don't even understand what this means. What are you
copying or pasting? The field name? Hell, just type the first letter and
hit Ctrl-space.

The file has 13 period fields like SLS01, SLS02, etc. Make an array out of that with the outline view. Or the table view. Without typing all the field names in. Then tell me I should be using autocopy and I'll tell you that I'm working on it...

You probably won't like this, but Buck, you may be an AVID user, but there
seems to be a lot about the product you don't know. At which point you
might say, "that's my point!" to which I would respond that you need real
training.

You probably won't like this, but my boss isn't going to pay anyone to get me that training. That's life. Next.

I figure it this way, Buck. If they get just a 10% gain in productivity,
regardless of all your garish numbers, then a free week is paid back in ten
weeks.

Fair enough. Why is anybody still using SEU?
