Do you get the same result when you verify?  If you would please send me
(batthish@xxxxxxxxxx) both your source member and the outline view XML file
data from:
workspace\.metadata\.plugins\com.ibm.etools.iseries.core\information\

Also, I would recommend a shorter path for your workspace directory and
turning informational logging off if you are not tracing a problem.
