Refreshing outline view causes WDSC 7 to crash -- WDSCI-L

This probably needs to be filed as an official bug report ... but I
figured it would probably be good to let people know about it.

I just loaded a medium sized RPGLE module's source into LPEX on WDSC 7
and refreshed the outline view.  It processed for a few minutes ...
blocking any input ... and then crashed.  The only error I got was "JVM
Terminated.  Exit code=8096".

How does one go about reporting a bug on WDSC 7?
