Using CRTPF Command in RSE

This may be lame, but here goes ? in SEU one can change the user defaults to
replace an object (while using compile commands).  While in RSE executing
program re-compiles there?s no problem.  Not so when wanting to re-compile a
PF.  Get thrown an error (CPF5813) because the file already exists.  The
replace object option in the preferences area under iSeries Command
Execution is checked off.  What else should I look at?
