You need a special authority on your user profile to do this.  I'm not at
work to check which one (maybe *SERVICE) but I recall this being discussed
here before so it should be in the archives.

Folks:

Now that we've (finally) upgraded to V5R2, I'm beginning to use service
entry point debugging.

I've run into a problem where I try and set an entry point and get a
"CPF0609 Not allowed to use specified user profile" error ... but I know
that I have *ALL authority to the user profile in question.

Any ideas where I can start to track this down?
