Using PARM('"LIBRARY   "' '"FILE      "' '"MEMBER    "') does not work
either.  As you can see I have three parameters to pass.  It takes the
double quotes as a part of the parameter value.  Leaving off the double
quotes, and using just the single quotes, is the way I've always done it
from the 5250 Command Line.  But this works differently in WDSC.  Does 
this
need a PMR also?  It clearly can't be as intended.  I would assume it if
works one way at the Command Line it should work the same way in WDSC.
