Hi Bill,

 Which run mode did you use , RSE job / batch / interactive/ 
multi-threaded ? Have you tried to add single quota around double quota, 
ie, PARM('" "') ? It is the same format when you specify blank parameter 
in 5250 command line.
 
 Regrading the overwritten value in debug launch configuration,  please 
open a PMR.

Yes, SEP Debugging is better.  Now for another silly WDSC Debug comment 
...

After setting a program to run undr Debug SEP, When I run the program from
RSE (clicking Run, Run..., and providing "how to start" values), the
parameters passed have dropped all trailing blanks - even when using 
quoted
strings!  The only way I can get the parameters to map properly is by
filling out each parameter with non-blank characters and then changing the
values once debug starts up ... Ughhh.  Gotta be a bug.
