CL formatting no more

All,

After a recent update I had to clear my configuration to get things working
again.  Since then, CL formatting doesn't work properly.

Commands don't start in position 4 like I want, but sometime they will jump
to position 7.

I used to be able to do 'rr1' SEU commands at the start/end of a block of
code in the prefix area and the source would then become formatted per my
specs.  Not anymore.

Any suggestions?
