Update problem -- WDSCI-L

Arrghh!

I checked for updates yesterday.  It found com.rational.clearcase_6.0.49
which I installed.

Now my RPG is no longer colorcoded and compiles no longer work.  If I try a
Scan for Updates now, it says there are errors in the installation and the
results could be unpredictable.

Should I attempt to remove this latest update or will I be worse off?
