Start with the SoftLanding plugin.  Go to this page and fill out the info 
for WDSC 5.x.

This will get you a PDF with install instructions.  The same basic 
instructions could be used for other plugins.  As for Quantum, you would 
have to make sure you downloaded an Eclipse 2.x version, other than that, 
I have no idea what their install process is.  The one that we use is a 
pretty standard one, and the semi-official way to do it.
