Right, the drag and drop mechanism is available anywhere.  However, 
Eclipse only allows one window to be "maximized" which means you cannot 
see two at the same time in full-screen mode.  In the iSeries Editing 
perspective we just use a fairly obvious trick, and that is to remove all 
of the views (converting them to Fast-views).  Since there are no views 
open, the editor area takes up the full-screen without having to 
"maximize" an editor.  You can then drag and drop to show multiple 
editors.
