I do not have any, and there are so many new ones coming out I think the 
best thing to do would be to read reviews at places like amazon.com.

Most of the books have slightly different angles and approaches so best to 
find the one that matches what you need.

Eclipse.org has a lot of nice articles as well.  That plus the online help 
contains a lot of what you need.
