I think part of the problem is that WDSC is based on Rational is based on 
Eclipse. "Inspect" is likely to be an Eclipse function, not a WDSC function. 
The Eclipse developers generally are not concerned with the keyboard shortcuts 
used by the apps that build on it, probably the same for the Rational 
developers. This is one of the problems with this layered open source approach 
- OS is a good thing IMO, mind you, but not easily managed.
