[WDSCI-L] Import a war file into a project

Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it?

I'm working in portlet perspective. I right click on a project, select
import, select war file, click next, and the drop down box listing projects
is empty.  If I create a new project, I get a shell of a project with no
imported war file.  It works correctly for a co-worker, who is on the same
version as I am.  I've seen it posted several places in discussion groups,
but never any solution.  Same thing happens in java perspective, web, etc.
