Script Errors

I recently upgraded to WDSC 5.1.2 and opened and converted a project that 
previously used a call to a javascript that I had created.  After the 
conversion I launch it on the server and when I get to the page that contains a 
hyperlink to the javascript it tells me that at a certain line number a ')' is 
missing.  I look into this and cannot find where the missing ')' should be.  
The javascript code that I wrote is fine and when I look into the souce I do 
not see a problem.  Has anyone else encountered this?  What did the upgrade 
change?  Thanks.
