No offense to IBM, but that's stupid. In today's world of spam and pop up windows, to provide the help window in a form that a blocker would see it as a pop up and then block it doesn't show much forethought from IBM does it? Then again, we could never accuse Big Blue of providing "good" help documentation without some troubles huh? Ironic isn't it? IBM's greatest source of help is it's users to each other.
