Hi, We've had this problem since we loaded WDSC v5.0. After upgrading to v5.1.2 the problem still remained, so with the help of one of our network guys we figured it out. On the Window ->Preferences -> Help -> Help Server tab, you need to specify either the pc name or the ip address. Leave the port as 0. This setting is independent of our proxy servers, as the help should reside on the hard disk. Hope this helps.
