I must apologize for venting I guess. I'm just frustrated enough with IBM after dealing with them unsuccessfully for a few years now. Everything from changes in the OS causing BarCode's to print incorrectly and having to prove it to them that it was a bug in their stuff and not mine (worked on one release, new release no work, pretty simple I thought) to a few months back trying to order WDSc and getting a Client Access refresh. When I phoned IBM support they didn't even know what Websphere Development Studio Client was until I talked to about 5 different people. It was really frustrating so I guess when I see a problem using IBM's help I guess I overreacted. Most of my help for WDSc has come from this list though to be honest. But looking at it now, you are right, the help system using Explorer is neat and I guess the pop-up blocker is to blame. Ron Power Programmer Information Services City Of St. John's, NL P.O. This is just the way pop-up blockers work. Any attempt to open a new browser window while another browser session is running will get blocked. Most popup blockers will allow you to override this behavior for specified sites or addresses, or a key to press when launching a window that you want to open.... What is not stupid is IBM's use of a web interface for help delivery. It offers rich content in a format that is usable from a variety of platforms. IBM really has gotten better with the Information Center over the last few releases..... JMO. In today's world of spam and pop up windows, to provide the help window in a form that a blocker would see it as a pop up and then block it doesn't show much forethought from IBM does it? Then again, we could never accuse Big Blue of providing "good" help documentation without some troubles huh? Ironic isn't it? IBM's greatest source of help is it's users to each other.
