The page you linked to is correct.

Something happened with the PTF's and they had to be recreated after the 
fix pack was already made.  So the client code is reporting the old PTF 
numbers.

Connection to "Record Access Service" has failed. However, CWBPING reports
all host servers are active.

It's also reporting that PTF's SI08021 (RSE) and SI08016 (Agent 
Controller)
are missing (V5R1 box). I'll install these PTF's and try again.

Well now, that has the potential to drive one up a wall or two. :) Do you
know where we find the correct PTF listing? I thought they were all listed
on the following page:

But that document doesn't show either one of the PTF's which WDSC reported
were missing.
