I guess you are talking about the old help in Code? What about the "Help"
perspective in WDSc; I see some CL references out there?

RPG manuals can be seen in the iSeries InfoCenter under
the Programming link on the left. Once there, look for
RPG, then look for ILE. There's also RPG400 there, for
OPM-style RPG.
