We were using the JBA Cobwebb fax application. I am not sure if that is what they still recommend. We switched to Quadrants Fastfax and Formtastic applications a couple of years ago. We found the Cobwebb application difficult to maintain and with support from the UK there was the time issue. The Quadrant software allows a lot of flexibility, is easy to use, and their support is very good. If you would like to discuss further please feel free to call me at 248-816-8627.
