I helped set this up with a customer several years ago and it was not straight forward. We eventually got it working but it took a lot of time and effort. Currently we use a product called FormSprint (I know there are many similar products) to format the P.O and have this create a PDF which we then e-mail. We could have FormSprint e-mail the P.O. directly but our users often want to send several together as a package.
