     Has anyone had any experience with the PMP03 Order Quantity and
     Outstanding quantities being set to negative when a receipt is done for
     another PO for the same part? I have noticed that the PMP17 requisition
     Order Qty. for the received PO line is negative. We are creating
     non-blanket POs from requisitions.
