Product Costings

Has anyone experience of using multiple costing routes with extended 
manufacturing. We are using two routes, blank as the default standard cost 
route and M as an alternative.

We can only derive accurate costs for the two routes by changing the default 
costing route on the production details. We have tried the designated cost 
route and it does not give us the correct results. GEAC are not much help 
either.

Anyone any ideas.
